2) Install and then connect to our server:

with 2x connection username/password:
demo/PatientOS

3) a) For primary care log into PatientOS EMR as physician/demo     or nurse/demo
          or scheduler/demo     or registration/demo    
b) For long term care log into PatientOS EMR as dlong/demo for registration, esmith/demo as a nurse or tstork/demo as a physician
